Cancellation Policy

Please thoroughly read the cancellation policy and feel free to reach out to us if you have any queries.

Digital Products: Due to the immediate delivery and downloadable nature of our digital products (including practice papers), all sales are final and non-refundable. Duplicate purchases will not be refunded; please verify your account inventory before completing your purchase. All Subscription plans: Subscription fees are non-refundable upon processing. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.

Weekly Group & Sunday Term Classes:

If a class is cancelled due to a Bank Holiday or any other reason, PrepPlus will notify you in advance about the change of schedule. If no cancellation notification is sent, then classes carry on as per schedule. No refund is offered for the Weekly Classes. Credits, adjustments or refunds are not permitted midway through the course. The notice period is 30 days. If customers can’t attend a session, we can provide credits and will have the flexibility to choose any other course date or a relevant product from the website.

Accelerated 1:1 Learning Programme: We need a notice period of 5 days before the class. Failure to serve the notice period will lead to the class being charged in full. Please let us know if your child is unable to attend a class by following the notice period.

No refund is offered for the Accelerated 1:1 Learning Program. Any unused 1:1 sessions will be retained for a period of up to 6 months. After this grace period, any remaining sessions will be automatically cancelled.

Intensive Modules, Revision Courses, Mock Exams & Interview Prep:

No refund is offered for Courses, Modules, Mock Exams or Interview Prep. The notice period for all Intensive Modules and Revision Courses is 30 days before the start of the course. Adjustments or refunds are not permitted midway through the course.

If the notice period is given 30 days before the start date, the customers will have the flexibility to choose any other course date or a relevant product from the website.

Where the notice period is not followed, the change of date or any other change will not be provided. No refunds are issued in any situation.

We reserve the right to refuse serving customers that are impolite, rude or disrespectful to teachers or employees of the business.
