Cancellation Policy
Please thoroughly read the cancellation policy and feel free to reach out to us if you have any queries.
Digital Products: All digital products are downloaded and the order is fulfilled immediately after purchase. No refund is offered for the practice papers or any other digital product.
Weekly Classes: We need a notice period of 5 days before the class. Failure to serve the notice period will lead to the class being charged in full. Please let us know if your child is unable to attend a class by following the notice period.
If a class is cancelled due to Bank Holiday or any other reason, PrepPlus will notify you in advance about the change of schedule. If no cancellation notification is sent then classes carry on as per schedule. No refund is offered for the Weekly Classes.
If customers can’t attend a session, they need to give at least 15 days’ notice before the booking. If they don’t provide any notice, they might get charged. They won’t get refunds or credits if they let us know after booking.
Accelerated 1:1 Learning Programme: We need a notice period of 5 days before the class. Failure to serve the notice period will lead to the class being charged in full. Please let us know if your child is unable to attend a class by following the notice period.
No refund is offered for the Accelerated 1:1 Learning Program.
Any unused 1:1 sessions will be retained for a period of up to 6 months. After this grace period, any remaining sessions will be automatically cancelled.
Intensive Modules, Revision Courses, Mock Exams & Interview Prep:
No refund is offered for Courses, Modules, Mock Exams or Interview Prep. The notice period for all intensive and revision Courses, Modules and Mock exams is 15 days prior to the start of the course.
If the notice period is given 15 days prior to the start date, the customers will have the flexibility to choose any other course date or a relevant product from the website.
Where the notice period is not followed, the change of date or any other change will not be provided. No refunds are issued in any situation.
We reserve the right to refuse serving customers that are impolite, rude or disrespectful to teachers or employees of the business.
